TeleTeach is a long distance teaching method which allows you to book your phone lessons via internet using a simple on line PLANNING chart which you can access with your password and which allows you to choose the lesson time and available teacher. The teacher will contact you at the time and telephone number given by you.
Before deciding whether to do the long distance course, you can take advantage of a free trial lesson which is not binding and which allows you to try out the effectiveness of this method.

• Registering. Go to the window: “register your trial lesson”, fill in the form with your personal details and insert a password of your choice.
• Contact with the TeleTeach operator. You will now be contacted by a TeleTeach operator who will explain to you how the TeleTeach programme works, tell you about the courses and the on line planning to book your trial lesson and will answer any questions you may have.
• Test and trial lesson. You can access your profile by using your password and take the free test which will give you your first, only partial for the time being, assessment of your language level.
  With the trial lesson, the teacher will be able to confirm your actual language level, and it will also be useful to verify the effectiveness of the TeleTeach method. The trial lesson, once you have enrolled, will become part of the chosen course.
• Choice of course type. Once the test and trial lesson have been done and the level and objectives have been established, you can start your made to measure course, chosen with our help and based on the different types of courses on offer, on the time you have available and on your objectives.
• Contract and payment. You will be sent a contract outlining the course you have chosen and the terms of payment. Once this has been done, you will be officially enrolled and, by using your password, you can access your planning chart to book your phone lessons and the on line course for your level.
• Lesson booking. By inserting your password into the log-in , you can access the TeleTeach programme where you will find a file with your personal details, a page with the feedback which is completed after every lesson and the planning chart to book your on line lessons.
  Thanks to this on line planning system, you can book your lessons at times and days which suit you. You can choose to have the same teacher by booking her name at the times when she is available or you can vary the teachers in order to practise listening to different pronunciations. You can also decide which telephone number you wish to be reached on from amongst those given during the registration phase.
  You will be contacted by e-mail regarding your enrolment, bookings, cancellations and any other transactions carried out.

Phone lesson times: from 7.30am to 10pm

Length of phone conversations: 30 minutes.

Lesson cancellations: 6 hours advanced notice.
Notification of a cancellation for lessons booked for the next morning (7.30am-12.00pm) must be made before 8pm of the evening before.

How to cancel a lesson:
Go to the planning chart and click on the time and day of the lesson you wish to cancel.
Click on cancel.

Booking lessons:
Lessons must be booked at least the day before you wish to have them.

Once you are enrolled, the trial lesson will become part of your chosen course.

Apart from exceptional circumstances, courses must terminate within the time stipulated on the contract or the remaining lessons will be forfeited.

To access our services, you do not need to install any special software. All you need is a computer and an Internet connection.

LANDLINE AND MOBILE PHONES
The contracts are divided into LANDLINE and MOBILE contracts. The MOBILE contract means that you can also be contacted on a mobile phone.
7 euros is added to the basic lesson tariff for lessons on a mobile phone.
